Correction of detected qrs

Hello,
I'm to write a program which should be able to make a correction of detected qrs complexes, but not only automaticlly. I've done the detection part already, but I have no clue how to do the correction... Can anybody give me any tip how to do this?
Shall be very gateful for any help. ;)
