Limitation and Correction in modelling flexible bodies

After following the Modelling Flexible Bodies in SimMechanics, I am not sure on how to implement the correction mentioned in the paper to my model. If someone can provide more example, it would be helpful.

I think your best bet is to look at the documentation for the blocks and shipping examples.
This example on the File Exchange is a great way to understand the approaches:
