Is there an (upper) operational frequency limit in the Antenna Toolbox or Phased Array System Toolbox?

I have a very high frequency application and was wondering if there is a maximum frequency at which the Antenna Toolbox and Phased Array System Toolbox can operate?

There is no upper limit for what Phased Array System Toolbox and Antenna Toolbox can model. However, it's worth noting that the two products use different modeling strategies. Phased Array System Toolbox is a system level tool. Depending on your frequency choice, you may need to update OperatingFrequency property when you setup the antenna element. On the other hand, Antenna Toolbox is based on computational electromagnetics. So your choice of frequency has an impact on the mesh which may lead to high computation load. If you want the pattern computed by the Antenna Toolbox and do not want to pay the price of computation every time, you can also compute the pattern once in Antenna Toolbox and import it to Phased Array System Toolbox as a CustomAntennaElement for future simulation runs.

If I have a large Gregorian antenna (2-3 meter) and need to operate it in frequency range 20/30 GHz, I get a problem of out of memory and need RAM in range of 200G or more !! Is there a solution to this issue? By decreasing number of iterations or decrease accuracy needed ?

The upper frequency limit in Antenna Toolbox is currently set to 200 GHz.
If you need to go above this frequency limit, please let us know.
Thank you.

I'm also trying to obtain radiation patterns for antennas above 200GHz. Please share any updates. Thanks!

I am interested in simulating structures in Antenna Toolbox at frequencies above 200 GHz. What options are available for me to achieve this? For my case, I would like to get to at least 325GHz. Thanks.
