Dados do Matlab para Simulink

Ola, preciso resolver aguns exercicios no Simulink, porem não consigo fechar. Meus blocos acabam não reconhecendo os dados feito no MatLab. E a montagem sempre inadequada.

Pergunta 1. Tem como eu fazer isso sem usar o MatKLab, somente o simulink?
