Error Polyspace Access Licence R2022b

I recently have this error in my web server polyspace access, i can't acces to my code metrcis and all types of analysis in my recent folder.
Do you have an idea ?

All known reasons are captured in this article. If it does not solve the issue, please reach out to MathWorks Installation Support.
As the issue list points to underlying reasons probably only your IT department can solve, maybe you want to approach them first and they contact MathWorks in case still needed.
