Problem when trying to export figure as PNG

Hello there.

I am currently running matlab r2025a in ubuntu 24.04 using gnome as my window manager.

I was trying to plot something and export as a PNG when i get the following crash report that is in the end of this message.

I also get this warning when i start matlab (I know we should only ask 1 question per post, but i cannot help but to think that the warning may be inducing the error) :

You sent in the crash dump, right? So they should get back to you. But if they say it was due to an unknown error, then I suggest calling tech support.

Yes i did sent the crash dump, but until now i have not receive any information on how to procced.

I also put the crash dump here.

I will probably end up calling tech support and put the given solution here.

For the mean time, as a needed to be able to work I downgraded to matlab r2024b and all seems good here. Maybe they changed opengl support to the newer versions
