Shoot Through issue is happening when ePWM is shutting down/ turning off in F28P65X TI Launchpad

Hi,
When I want to turn off ePWM module at last cycle the both A and B pulses are going high, it is causing shoot through shorting DC, it will not happen. Is there any ePWM module setting in MATLAB need to change for solving this issue I am using MATLAB interfacing for programming launchpad.
Red is when disabling that epwm and yellow is that epwm is starting enabling. While at starting I am facing any shoot through while stopping at last falling edge it is happening.

Hello Tunuguntla,
I understand that you are observing discrepancy in output while using ePWM. I would suggest you to prevent the ePWM from generating any new pulses before doing anything else.
