TI 2000 ADC Oversampling and Averaging over PWM Cycle

Hi Community,
i am currently struggeling with averaging measured ADC Values. I have a function which is triggered with the signal of ePWM1 (running at 10kHz). In this function i evaluate the ADC values with the follwing settings:

Instead of one value per PWM tact i try to oversample the ADC read ( for example 200 vales per PWM cycle) and average these values for every cycle. Since the TI LAUNCHXL-F28379D has a maximum ADC sample rate of 3.5 MSPS this should be possible but i dont know how to implement it in simulink.
