Cannot access my courses

I am having trouble accessing my courses. When I click the "Take Course" link, it returns to the very same page. How do I fix this problem?

Does this happen with a particular course or all courses? What happens if you try accessing MATLAB Onramp?

Happens to all the courses, even the Onramp. What surprises me is that I first used MATLAB on a school PC and it worked perfectly, but it does not work on my Laptop (which is brand new).

The courses are all online, so I'd start by

• clearing your cookies and cache
• logging out then logging back in to the MathWorks site
• trying a different browser

Thanks, it now works after running it on the Google Chrome browser
