How to access unavailable files

My MATLAB Drive will not open the Quadcopter.slx file. It brings me to a message reading, 'preview for this file is unavailable. Download the file to view its contents. I tried downloading it to Word or Adobe Illustrator, but these apps did not work for me.

I ask, which app do I use to open the file or, how do I solve the original problem?

Download it to 7zip or WinRAR or similar. It will unzip to be a directory containing mostly HTML files

The file is a Simulink model. You can potentially open it using MATLAB Online, but if not then you need MATLAB Desktop with Simulink installed to view it.
