Retrieve requirement information linked to a test assessment step programmatically

Guys, do you know how to retrieve the requirement information linked to an assessment step? Normally slreq.outLinks function works for blocks. But I couldn’t make it for the test assessment step. Anyone help?

Hİ @Pat Canny - I've seen that page earlier. It gives a great guide to link requirement to a step but as it is metioned in the question, the step id or handle is needed ("but I was not able to get the handle / id / url of the step in my test scenario to use as a source").

I need to scan a model and detect linked requirements. Scanning blocks and getting the linked requirement is easy but when it comes to a test sequence / assessment block, i couldn't scan the steps and the linked requirements.
