One question: How to use the optimization toolbox (ga) for a problem with 4 variables and three inequality constrains?

B - have you looked at the documentation found at ga? The first example discusses an optimization problem of two variables with three inequality constraints so I suspect that it can be extended to your problem of 4 variables and three inequality constraints.

Yes, I think so. But if there is any reference on a problem with more than variables, it would be much better.

B - one of the examples from the above link corresponds to an optimization problem of two variables so you should be able to adapt that for your purposes.
