How to create a toolbox - function " Package a Toolbox"

Hi,
I am trying to create a toolbox. I read the help section and there is a mention of a "Package a Toolbox" function in the Add-Ons menu, from the Resources Tab. I can´t find it in my matlab..
I don´t know if it has something to do with my matlab version (R2013a) or if i need to install anything first.
Can anyone help?

It is R2014b and later.
