How to identify blocks in Simulink diagrams that are added by the user (in a diagram created programmatically)?

Hi,
I have got the following problem: I am creating Simulink models programmatically by adding blocks and lines within a script. At a later time I want to know if the user added some blocks manually and if yes, which blocks.
I wondered what is the best way to do this... Is there maybe like a hidden attribute I can modify or even add to my programmatically added blocks? The only way I thought of is to use prefix or suffix at block names.
Thanks a lot for your help in advance!

There is currently no way to identify Simulink blocks which were added programmatically other than to add suffixes and prefixes as you mentioned.
