How can I use Matlab to plot this table?

How can I input the data in the table above into matlab and plot them?

what do you want the plot to look like? 2D, 3D, colors, markers, etc. I mean it could be a 3D plot where x = runtime, y = cost, z = T with the different subjects colored or marked lines. or a 2D plot with x = runtime, y = cost and #T being colors with the different subjects marker types.

There are lots of ways to store and plot the data not to mention is your question how to load the table into matlab?
