I keep installing the Matlab MIN GW 5.3 compiler for Matlab 2017b, but it is showing as uninstalled. HELP

I have installed this 3 times now and keep running into this error when creating an sfunction.
Please HELP.

According to that output, MinGW C and C++ are successfully installed. You shouldn't be getting the message you are getting unless what you are trying to do is one of:
- compile something for Simulink Real-Time
- Use Compiler SDK with target .NET or Java or Excel
- generating Audio System Toolbox plug-in
If you happen to be using Simulink Real-Time then you need to use one of the Microsoft compilers.

I actually do already have Microsoft Visual Studio C++ and 2015 installed, but I am still unable to generate an sfunction in my Real Time model

You have Visual Studio redistributable installed. You need Visual Studio C++ 2017 (any edition), or Visual Studio C++ 2015 (Professional), or Visual Studio C++ 2013 (Professional)
