How can I segment an image likewise the attached, in order to take only the outline of the inner structures that look like circles (first attached image)?

I've tried methods such as histogram equalization, edge detection, otsu's method and morphological operators, but the image produced still contains noise (second attached image). Αny idea, about how to obtain the inner structures that look like circles?
