Can I save the edit windows configuration?

Hello,

I normally put the split windows feature of the code editor to good use. I like the opportunity to quite freely choose a tile setup using the "Custom" dropdown from the Tiles pane, and then arrange my files among them.

However, after closing MATLAB and starting the editor up again for a continued session, all open files are tabbed in a single window. Over a series of sessions on the same complex task covering a multitude of files, rearranging the files among the tiles the way I want them becomes a tedious task.

Is there any way I can save the tile layout? I have looked around in the settings for the editor but have not found anything useful (like a "Remember tile layout between sessions" check box).
