You are experiencing this error because there are problems with writing license information to your computer. To resolve this issue, you can follow the troubleshooting steps below:
  1. Ensure that the user running MATLAB has read/write permissions for the location mentioned in the error message.
  2. Verify that there is sufficient space on the storage device to write the license information. Although less than 1 MB is needed, extremely low storage on your computer might prevent the file from being written.
  3. Check if there is any external factor (for example, anti-virus software) preventing MATLAB and the MathWorks Service Host from writing the license information to the folder.
