You have to use the Windows internal username, not the Windows Live email address.

I did but does not work. I think because the licence's name is the email.

I have re-installed the trial MATLAB version and am sure that Windows (11) and the license have the same username. However, the same error 9,57 remains. I have also seen that is a general problem. Thank you.
