Hi Francesco,
The following is a circuit diagram for a 3-phase buck converter. In the diagram, you can see that 3 phases are connected in parallel. A 4-phase buck converter can be achieved by adding one more phase in parallel.:

You can implement the schematic using Simscape blocks: https://www.mathworks.com/help/sps/simscape-based-blocks.html
I do not have it implemented, but here is an example of a normal buck converter: https://www.mathworks.com/help/sps/ug/buck-converter.html
