lsm reader returns error

With certain microscope files, and not with others, which only differ for the number of pixels, I get the following error and thus I am not able to open the files:

Error in ==> lsmread at 130 Data(indT-dimT0+1,indC-dimC0+1,indZ-dimZ0+1,:,:)= reshape(uint8(fread(fID,LSMinfo.dimX*LSMinfo.dimY, bitDepth, byteOrder)), LSMinfo.dimX, LSMinfo.dimY)';

Anybody can help to fix that??? thanks a lot!
