MatLab drive syncing issue

I recently connected matlab drive and it keeps giving me a error saying, could not update HW.1; Reason is that 1 or more files contain invalid characters for my operating system. The thing is I dont have any matlab codes named HW.1?

It doesn't let me it says that there is another instance running? anyway of fixing that

Don't launch another instance. View the status of your current instance via the taskbar icon.
