Why is Run button not visible ?

Does anyone know why the run button is not visible this way?

I am not sure if that webpage (Answers section on Help Center) supports running code.

@Dyuman Joshi, we don't currently support the run feature on mobile devices, when viewing Answers threads via the help center, and when creating or editing quick replies.
