Unable to perform 'TF2SS" operation

i have been unable to perform transfer function to state-space operation on my system as it always responds
'Execution of script tf2ss as a function is not supported:
C:\Users\hp\Documents\Matlab Nitda\tf2ss.mlx'
How could this be resolved?

Ran in:
Rename the script file with a different name, for eample, 'convertTF2SS.mlx'.
which tf2ss -all
/MATLAB/toolbox/shared/controllib/general/tf2ss.m
