EV inverter simulation - Simscape electrical vs simscape specialized power systems

To simulate an inverter of an Electric Vehicle (DC source, 3phase inverter, IPMSM), is better to use blocks of simscape electrical or specialized power systems?

The choice would depend on many factors, such as multi-domain simulation, required level of fidelity, and so on. For this application, I would probably go with Simscape technology, although I may be a bit biased.
