How to convert continuous PI values to discrete PI values for simulation?

I have simulated the model by using continuous time PID controller values. But for real time simulation I need discrete time PID controller values. I am doing simulation by using discrete PID controller values but now I am facing problem in simulink waveforms.

I am facing an same issue while simulating a Three-Phase Active Front-End Converter. The PI controller works fine in continuous mode, but when I switch to discrete PI blocks and implement other blocks using MATLAB functions, the behavior and waveforms are not as expected. Kindly suggest to proceed further.
