A mathematical switch? A logical switch? Or, a Simulink switch block? There are few ways, Which method would you like to learn?

Do you want to create a saturation function (as shown below) in Simulink? Or a Clipper function that prevent a signal from exceeding a predetermined reference level?

No, as per my understanding saturation is used to avoid over flow and switch is for if else logic.but how can we implement saturation behaviour with the use of switch.could you please explain me that?

The logic is so simplistic that I don't know what to explain. You'd better see this for yourself.
by the way, why not use saturation block?
Maybe I didn't understand your initial question, what is saturation behavior mean.
