How to get output of multiple variables in xls

I have three varaibles as result. Those are plotted well throuth plot command. But it gives answer to only one variable in xls sheet
I am new to MATLAB

It's not clear what you want to do.
Do you want to import for an excel sheet?
or do you want to export to an excel sheet?

Let the variables be x, y, z.
T = table(x,y,z) ;
writetable(T,'text.xlsx')
