listing subpackages of a package in a Contents.m file

Is there a syntax rule for the contents of a Contents.m file so that subpackages can be listed and briefly described while automatically linked by MATLAB to their own Contents.m files, very much like what we see here for regular functions and classes?

okay, I found a way to do this by try and error. Apparently, to make a package content a hyperlink, there needs to be a hyphen - after the object name. Why? I have no clue and even worse, there is apparently no hints whatsoever to such details in the MATLAB documentation linked above. I still appreciate an explanation of the logic of this syntax or alternative better ways.
