同じ画像の輝度を求める時に、フォルダが変わると輝度が変わってしまうのはなぜですか。

「フォルダ即ちパスが変わる事」が輝度に影響する事はあり得ないです。
It is impossible for a "change in folder or path" to affect luminance.
