Parpool-Cluster profile manager processes validation error

Hi, I'm trying to use Parpool command but it seems "processes" needs to be validated in the cluster profile manager. When I try to validate, the second and third stages failed (Job Test and SPMD job test)

Error Report: Error: File: D:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2023b\toolbox\parallel\cluster\+parallel\+internal\+general\convertPVPairsToChars.m Line: 1 Column: 1

Invalid text character. Check for unsupported symbol, invisible character, or pasting of non-ASCII characters.

I searched online about this "convertPVPairsToChars.m" but couldn't find anything. My path does not contain any non-english letter or something like this.

Any advise please?

I would maybe re-install MATLAB or at the very least Parallel Computing Toolbox. I am curious if it could be a language setting on your machine, but my first guess is a bad installation.
