why i got "Error 339: Your MathWorks Account login session has expired." while trying to install package Signal Processing Toolbox ?

i was already login into my account, logout and re login, and update the matlab too

please, any help appreciated

Are you encountering this installation issue with other toolboxes as well, or is it exclusive to the Signal Processing Toolbox? Additionally, could you please specify which version of MATLAB you are currently using?

I understand that you get the "Error 339: Your MathWorks Account login session has expired." while trying to install package Signal Processing Toolbox.

This error can occur if your MathWorks account has been left inactive for too long prior to completing the installation.

Now there are two possible ways to install the toolboxes:

1. You can update your license in the MATLAB Help > Licensing > Update Current Licenses section. This will allow you to download and install the toolboxes that are associated with your license number. Please make sure to restart MATLAB after updating your license before installing the toolboxes via the Add-On Explorer.

2. If you continue to face issues with the installation, I would suggest installing the toolbox from the MathWorks Installer rather than the Add-Ons Explorer. You can install the toolbox the same way that you installed MATLAB by referring to the following instructions:

Hi,

I'm getting the same error when trying to install DSP systems toolbox into matlab 2018b. My license is valid and updated, but when I try using the add-on explorer, the installer shuts matlab down and I get stuck in the license agreement window getting "Error 339: Your MathWorks Account login session has expired."

I have also tried using the matlab installer again, but the DSP systems toolbox is not availible for me to select.

please, any help appreciated.
