I don't have access to "my courses" in my profile

I was trying to start the Matlab Onramp course. When I clicked the take course button it redirected me to the same page. Then I tried to access the course from "my profile>my courses". It directs me to a page but it reloads over and over again. Also when I enter the "Mathworks>Academia>Learn>Online Learning" page, I don't see my profile picture on the top right.

Did you login? There is a icon upper left corner to login with your credentials if you have already registered. If you haven't, then you should register. See link: https://matlabacademy.mathworks.com/details/matlab-onramp/gettingstarted

Thank you for the answer. I figured that the problem occured due to my browser. I changed it and it worked.
