Why do i receive License Manager Error 4402 when I run matlab in a docker container

I can log in with my account in the docker container at first time,but after i exist the container and run another container.i 'll fail to log in with my account and receive License Manager Error 4402

Assuming you've used online licensing in the first container to login to MATLAB
This is probably due to the fact that the first container has not returned the license it has checked out before shutting down.
Could you try explicitly exiting MATLAB before you shut down the container? Does this help resolve this for you?

I am also having the same problem. I tried to remove all the images and stopped containers in case the license is still in any of them, but the problem persists.
