I lost my computer where my Matlab R2019 was installed because of disk crash and I didn't have time to uninstall it. I aquired a new computer, downloaded the right version, installed it but when I tried to activate the installation I received the following message: "Error 1.616: No more activations are available for this user. You may need to deactivate a previously activated computer before you can activate this computer. See Solution 1-6379G9 for more details." I can not unistall because the older computer was lost.

Follow the instructions on this page, under "Deactivate License on Lost or Destroyed Machine".
