How can i implement BLDC commutation logic block to a PWM Module?

I have a pmsm motor with hall sensors, and a simulink code for the motor controller. Since hall sensors need data to start working properly, i am having a hard time starting the motor without any contact. I decided to try sensorless startup methods, and wanted to implement slow first cycle method as shown in this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?app=desktop&v=IRFBGb8Q9Wc. As i can also control my motor with trapezodial control, i thought this would be a good way to read some data.Hovewer, in the example codes (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WYJWdMV3YMs) the commutation logic blocks are directly connected to the inverter simulation. If i wanted to connect the commutation block to my pwm module, how could i do it?

Please start with this page:
at the bottom are links to some examples on different BLDC's that have communation logic in the model.
