Transfer function using time domain Input and output characteristics

I have analog singals for CCD sensor driving which are measurement at connector pins on scope. ie Set-1. During Vacuum testing, additional harness of 2 meter with 2 connectors in harness are added to get signals outside vacuum chamber. Now, we have output signal measured on scope ie Set-2. Set-1 and Set-2 are at same time on two channels of scope (when Vacuum was not there). How can I find Transfer function of additional harness using input nd output sets of data? After knowing transfer function, I want to predict set-1 (when temp. is changed in vacuum) using set-2 data measurement as well as estimated transfer function of additional harnes ? How can I estimate Set-1 measurement in time domain ?
