geodensity​plot函数会漏掉部​分经纬度位置的数据

我读取下图所示的数据，能够成功绘制出地理密度图
但我把这些数据跟一些比较密集的经纬度点合并在一起之后，重新绘图，这四个点就会消失，请问这是为什么？
