Arduino NANO 33 BLE simulink package connection error

I have been trying to connect arduino nano 33 ble hardware using simulink support package and get the IMU sensor data from it .Everytime i'm build and deploy the code ,I'm getting connection error .I have changed the port then checked still i'm getting the same.Can anyone tell me why i'm getting this error and how solve this ?

Hello

For the Arduino Nano board, both the Host COM port and Bootloader COM port need to be specified manually for Simulink to build and deploy a design to the board.
