IEC61850 communication model

I.m trying to implement the communication model of IEC61850 protocol using SimEvents i found this paper and their communication model is perfect for my application: https://hal.science/hal-01206352 also attached a picture of their model. Now my question is how can i implement their model? i couldn't find these blocks on simulink and im not sure how i can build them.

To know about the SimEvents Entities and Blocks supported you can refer to the following documentation: SimEvents — Blocks (mathworks.com)

If the blocks for the IEC61850 protocol are not available in Simulink, you will need to create custom blocks to implement the communication model using SimEvents.
