What is the reason for the "error: 127" during xPC target build procedure?

When I tried build a simulink model onto xPC target, I'm getting the following error:

Unable to load DLL dependency: KERNEL 32.dll.DecodePointer error: 127 Could not load model; corrupted file

I'm using Matlab R2010b version and Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 version.

Anyone, please let me know the reason for this error and how to resolve it?
