Unable to download or install via Add-On Explorer

I need to download the Communications Toolbox Support Package for Analog Devices ADALM-Pluto Radio, but I am unable to do it via the Add-On Explorer. My proxy settings are correct, but I still unable to connect. Is this particular package available for download on github?

I have spent two days attempting to get the Add-On Explorer to work without any luck. I have tried everything. It may be because of my VPN connection, but I am working remotely and I don't have the option to be on-site. Isn't the Communications Toolbox Support Package for Analog Device ADALM-Pluto Radio available to download somewhere on github?

Thank you very much for that suggestion. I am now able to download the adalmplutoradio.mlpkinstall file, but when I try to run it, I get back to the same connection error indicating that it could be due to the Anti-Virus, VPN, Proxy, Firewall, or Date & Time. I have tried every network option in the Firefox browser without any luck and I know my proxy is correct. I suspect it is due to my VPN, but I don't have the option of not using it as I am working remotely from another US state.

If you've tried all the options on the links I shared without success, consider talking to your IT department. They may need to adjust their VPN settings.

You can also try contacting MathWorks support, but I doubt they can fix a connection your work is blocking.
