How to read multiple audio files?

Hi, I have total 5000 audio files. audio file names are as follows U(number)_S(number)_A(number)... U = User ( total 50 users) S = Session ( total 4 sessions per user) A = Audio ( total 25 audios per session, 100 in total per user)
how can i read these all audio files.
