I am triying to fit the eclosed data using optimoptions, and for that I used the gradient descent.
This is the objective function, but in case someone has better idea would be great!
x = 1:size(Data,2);
I think I have to add the 'InitialPopulationMatrix' but I didn't know how to add it
I would appreciate any help & Thanks!

Instead of
x = 1:size(Data,2);
perhaps try a more normalized range of x, e.g.,
x=linspace(0,1,size(Data,2))

Do you have any idea about how can I improve the fitting?

SInce you accepted the answer, I assume you got my suggestion to work?
