CDMA transmitter & receiver matlab codes

i need the matlab codes for transmitting a message using p-n sequence and receiving the message.the message being a audio file. it includes modulation, demodulation. pls help.

I too require the same.

I have a data, need to spread it using PN Sequence and than modulate it and transmit.

At the receiving end I need to demodulate and despread it.

Any help for this with respect to matlab code.
