If you take the logarithm on both sides of your rate equation, you get a linear regression problem. Use \ to solve for the unknown parameters.
If you don't take the logarithm on both sides of your rate equation, you get a nonlinear regression problem. You can use the solution from the linearized problem as initial guess. Then use "lsqcurvefit" to solve for the parameters.
To get more help, you will have to make an attempt to code what I wrote above.
