pwelch in EEG signal

Hello, I use pwelch function with EEG data but when i plot this, it look like wrong( in x-axis: from 10 to 60 look like equal 0). Am i right? please help me.
[pxx,fx] = pwelch(eeg_signal,hamming(256),128,256,128);
plot(fx,pxx, 'b');

that seems a bit starnge indeed but without the time series data we cannot prove what's wrong
