Hi! Is it possible to run ifanbeam on fanbeam projection data that was collected at random angles, i.e., I want to explicitly specify the fanbeam angle of every fanbeam projection data instead of setting a FanRotationIncrement in the ifanbeam function.

Hi Kalvik,
Yes, it is possible, you will need to use the fan2para function to convert your fanbeam projection data from fanbeam coordinates to parallel beam coordinates, and then use the iradon function to perform the inverse Radon transform on the parallel beam projection data.
