multiple J1939 TRANSMIT blocks in one project?

Is it possible to create a simulink project, using the J1939 Vehicle Network Toolbox blocks, and have qty 2 TRANSMIT blocks in the project? with each one pointing to a different database? but both transmitting on the same physical transprot layer?..i..e I have a kvaser leaf lite which I see data coming across the buss..?
